We understand that every woman is different and when buying online it is sometimes difficult to choose the size that best suits your body.

If it turns out that the clothes you ordered do not suit you, you can return them free of charge or adjust them to your measure. In such a situation, please contact us at hello@vanell.pl. We will advise you whether it is best to use

free product replacement (within 14 days from the date of purchase), or tailor corrections made according to the sizes sent by you.


NOTE: Please note that in the case of tailor-made or individually tailored products, the goods cannot be exchanged or returned.


COMPLAINT

We care about the highest quality of materials and finish of our products. However, if you encounter a quality defect, please contact us. Only hidden defects caused by the manufacturer's fault are subject to complaints. Complaints are not subject to mechanical damage to clothes.

To submit a complaint, please send a complaint to the following address: hello@vanell.pl. The notification should include:

the name of the advertised item;
the reason for the complaint with an exact indication of the damage;
photos documenting the damage;
photo of the proof of purchase;
contact details of the person submitting the complaint (address, e-mail address, telephone number)

Complaints will be considered within 14 days from the date of receipt of the notification

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT

Everyone who buys clothes in our online store, of course, has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the date on which you received the shipment or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by post or e-mail).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough to send information regarding the exercise of your right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline to withdraw from the contract.

In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivering the goods (except for additional costs resulting from the method of delivery chosen by you other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), immediately, but not later than 14 days from the date on which we were informed about your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this contract. We will refund the payment using the same payment methods that you used in the original transaction, unless you agree to a different solution.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we receive the item or until we provide us with a proof of its return.

Please send back or hand over the item to us immediately, and in any case not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the item to us before the period of 14 days has expired.
